St. JOHN blends this Languedoc red from the small volumes of the grape varietals in their own vineyard which will not make a cuvée – but will together make this stunning wine. The backbone of the 2018 is Cabernet Franc and Syrah, with Grenache to finish. It’s rich, but well balanced between fruit and savoury.
