This is a super exciting wine - made from co-planted (and co-fermented) Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon with the unique Bouysselet picked and added separately. It has complexity and is captivating; beyond the slightly unusual and wacky nose the palate is silky, with almost Riesling structure and flavours. There is an earthiness to this wine with hints of kohlrabi and delicate radish. Weird as it sounds, this is daikon in a glass! Don’t let that put you off…it is contrary and beguiling.
